The 4 reel cage uses dual bearing supports (front and rear). The input end uses roller bearing, while the output end uses roller bearing. The main shaft is made of high-quality seamless steel tube, annealed, and driven by a separate AC servo motor with slow-speed positioning and frequency control functions, It can rotate synchronously with the main cage or fix. Achieve for twisting round wires without back twisting, and for no back twisting for sector cable
All reel cradle use electric clamping and releasing bobbin, with a safety function. electric pre-twisting without stopping the machine..
All 4 reel cradle use separate motor driven, and the tension is set on the touch screen of the main control panel.

4.6 Electrical control system
The machine's power supply is: three-phase, five-wire system, 380V ±10% 50Hz, with a single-phase control voltage of 220V.
The machine's overall control system uses a field bus network, with a PLC and touchscreen coordinating the operation of all motors.
Various process parameters can be set, modified, and displayed on the touchscreen.
The machine has the following protection mechanisms:
Fault alarm for each speed control device;
Over-travel protection for the conveyor belt;
Safety protection for the protective cover;
Low pressure protection.
The equipment is equipped with a remote communication module, providing remote technic.
