Building wire Insulation Lines
For insulation of low-voltage wire with mulitple thermoplastic materials including flame retardants,
reticulated polyethylene (XLPE), also with liquid Silane, halogen-free (HFFR), PP, PU, TPE and PVC.
Multiple line configurations guarantee efficient production with high speeds and low scrap.

• Coex 3: insulation extruder, outer skin, inner skin – with Quick Color Change functionality.

Vertical injection machine:
This machine is a small extruder, which can be connected with the extrusion production line to inject another color. There are four wheels for flexible movement from one place to another. The height of the crosshead is approximately 990mm to 1120mm.
Horizontal injection machine:
Horizontal color injection machine: With advanced machine structure and electrical control, it is suitable for extruding different kinds of wires, and can be connected to 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 120 double-color cross-head extrusion double-color cables.

With our building wire SZ Strander ESZ, the core assembly is combined with filling and sheathing lines to guarantee continuous production with materials including flame retardants, halogen-free (HFFR), PVC, PE and EPDM (for filling).
