Our Manufacturing Process of Bow Stranding Machine
Structure composition: the main machine of bow stranding machine is composed of stranding bow, reel cradle frame, support, base, transmission system, filling frame, etc. the overall design structure is reasonable and beautiful.
Transmission system: the winch is driven by 45KW frequency conversion motor. The transmission system is driven by the transmission shaft through the toothed belt. Each cradle is driven by the front and rear toothed belts. The winch itself does not bear torsion.
Cradle frame: both ends of the cradle are supported by bearings, and the cradle adopts end shaft type manual clamping reel with mechanical locking mechanism to prevent the reel from being thrown out.
The pay-off tension is provided by mechanical friction, and the tension is manually adjusted.
The twisted bow is made of special steel, and each pair of twisted bows is tested for static balance.
Braking system: the whole machine is braked by plane air brake, and multiple groups of air brake act at the same time, so the braking is efficient.
Shield: the main engine adopts fully enclosed box type safety shield, and the opening mode is manual sliding door type.
