- Design principle: Each stranding body is driven and operated by its own separate motor. The forward rotation, reverse rotation, neutral gear, start, stop, emergency stop and other operation settings of the twisting cage are all controlled by the electrical system
- Structural form: Each section of the stranding cage is an integrated 4-part structure,
- Manufacturing process: The whole frame after welding is annealed at high temperature in the annealing furnace. After 72 hours free cooling to natural temperature, The dynamic balance experiment.
- Wire breakage monitoring: Adopting DXJ fully automatic wire breakage detection system, the electrical switch output is precise and reliable. It can stop and brake in a timely manner when the wire is broken or used up, and can prompt on the human-machine operation interface.
- After centralized loading bobbin system, the pneumatic pin is used for clamping. After the wire coil is tightened, a separate locking cylinder drives the mechanical stop device to lock the ejector pin. - The hysteresis tensioner is used to provide the pay-off tension in the cage. The working principle of the hysteresis tensioner is that the tension controller is controlled by the PLC to output a constant tension (decreasing) from full to empty, so that the pay-off tension is uniform and stable. The tension can be fine-tuned through the human-machine interface..
- Braking form: The main cage brake adopts a disc air press brake to reduce the impact of emergency stop inertia on the transmission components.
- Each section of the cage is equipped with an independent air storage tank to ensure air supply. Simultaneously provide brake air supply for unexpected power outages and other situations.
- The front operating position of each section of the cage is equipped with control buttons such as emergency stop, jog, disconnection control selection, positioning, up and down panels, and 220V power sockets for easy operation.The entire machine is operated by a color touch screen with a human-machine interface, and is coordinated and managed by a programmable controller PLC
- U-shaped electric opening and closing protective cover. The protective cover has the function of opening and stopping the machine, and is interlocked with the start button of the whole machine.

- Alarm and fault information can be viewed on the touch screen, with alarm and process data storage capabilities. Historical operation information can be set to require administrative privileges for deletion.
