Pulse type broken wire automatic stopping machine
Structural form: Flat disc fork rod structure driven by an independent motor, with twisted bodies divided into 6 equal parts,. The twisting cage is supported on the front and rear supports by two sets of double row self-aligning roller bearings, ensuring the axial bearing capacity of the twisting cage.
Wire breakage monitoring: using DXJ fully automatic wire breakage detection system, electrical switch output, accurate and reliable. It can stop and brake in a timely manner when the wire is disconnected or used up, and can prompt show on the human-machine interface.
Loading method: Loading and unloading through the lifting device in the user's workshop, and the wire reel is locked with a locking pin to prevent it from being thrown out.
Tension form: A belt type mechanical friction,, and the tension size can be manually adjusted.
Braking form: The main cage brake adopts a disc flat air compression brake to reduce the impact of emergency stop inertia on the transmission components. Working principle of whole machine braking: Coordinated by a programmable logic controller (PLC), the variable frequency motor controller, braking resistor, air pressure proportional valve, etc. jointly complete the slow stop, fast stop, emergency stop and other operations of the whole machine.
There are control buttons such as emergency stop, jog, and disconnect control selection at the front end of each section of the cage, and a 220V power socket is provided for easy operation.
The whole machine is operated by a color touch screen on the human-machine interface, and is centrally coordinated and managed by a programmable logic controller (PLC).
Protective cover: It adopts a double-sided wall type safety protection net, which is made of porous plates and square tubes welded together. The protective net can be quickly removed

The machine adopts separate motor drive (the motor adopts variable-frequency motor), each AC variable-frequency motor adopts frequency converter to control speed regulation, the whole machine control is managed by programmable controller, the touch screen controls operation, and the host is started after the alarm bell rings.
