1.Application:

• The equipment line for twisting insulated conductors with simultaneous wrapping with film PET-E and aluminum foil (hereinafter Equipment line). 
• The equipment line is designed for back-twist stranding (planetary stranding) of insulated conductors with simultaneous wrapping with film PET-E and aluminum foil:
• Diameter over insulation -  Ø1,0 – 4,0 mm;
• Nominal conductors cross-section – 0,25 – 2,5 square mm.
• Conductor material: flexible wire or copper single wire;
• Number of conductors – 61 pcs;
• Stranding method (number of conductors in cages), pcs – 1+6+12+18+24
• Material used in lapping machines:
• PET-film with a thickness of 0,02 – 0,1 mm and a width of 8 – 40 mm, the weight of one roller - 6 kg maximum;
• Aluminum foil with a thickness of 0,05 – 0,15 mm and a width of – 20 mm;
• Minimum total cross-section of stranded unfinished cable on the pull-off capstan– 1,2 square mm, the weight of one roller – maximum 10 kg;
• Minimum tensile strength – 60N;
• Maximum total cross-section of stranded unfinished cable on the pull-off capstan – 160 square mm;
• Maximum tensile strength – 8000N.
• Process containers with a diameter of 300 mm, installed into cradles of cages, must be made of ABS plastic, type PN300/
• Consider the possibility of delivering process containers in 250 pcs complete with the Equipment Line.

2.Equipment configuration:

• Pay off for a drum with a flange 300 mm-1 pcs
• Planetary twisting cage for 6 drums with a flange diameter of 300 mm, with an option to change the direction of twisting (left, right); Range of pitch – 20-250 mm. It is necessary to ensure equality of thread tension on each bobbin with individual adjustment and tension control 1 pcs
• Tangential tape wrapper for 2 tapes (diameter of the roller with tape up to 300mm) Tape wrappers are installed in series following the first twisting cage Option to change the direction of wrapping (left, right) The range of wrapping pitch -0-100 mm 2 pcs
• Planetary twisting cage for 12 drums with a flange diameter of 300 mm, with an option to change the direction of twisting (left, right); Range of pitch – 40-400 mm. It is necessary to ensure equality of thread tension on each bobbin with individual adjustment and tension control 1 pcs
• Tangential tape wrapper for 2 tapes (diameter of the roller with tape up to 300mm) Option to change the direction of wrapping (left, right) The range of wrapping pitch -0-100 mm 1 pcs
• Planetary twisting cage for 18drums with a flange diameter of 300 mm, with an option to change the direction of twisting (left, right); Range of pitch – 60-600 mm. It is necessary to ensure equality of thread tension on each bobbin with individual adjustment and tension control 1 pcs
• Tangential tape wrapper for 2 tapes (diameter of the roller with tape up to 300mm) Option to change the direction of wrapping (left, right) The range of wrapping pitch -0-100 mm 1 pcs
